Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant. It's that easy!

How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:

1. Register With TheHomeSolutionGroup .com
Complete our simple CASH REWARD REGISTRATION FORM and click submit or fax it to 1-800-408-0162. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law. Please Note before authorizing our closing agent to issue a Cash Rewards check, you will be contacted by our office requesting your social security number. Cash Rewards checks cannot be issued without this information and we only request it when we are closing on a lead you referred to us.

2. Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us.

3. Complete our simple CASH REWARD REFERRAL FORM and click submit or fax it to 1-800-408-0162. Your lead will be added to our Leads Database if it is not a duplicate. If a lead that you submit matches a lead submit prior by you or another user you will be notified by email that the lead is a duplicate and cannot be accepted. We will email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.

4. Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house by the Closing Agent. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
